Fortified plant-milks are an excellent source of calcium, vitamin B12 and sometimes, but not always, Iodine and vitamin D. Plant milks labelled as 'Organic' are not a source of micronutrients. It is important that fortified plant-milks are chosen over organic plant-milks.
