Leg Workout at Home

Below is a little leg workout I designed to get your legs and bum working. This routine requires very little equipment, so is ideal for workouts at home. If any exercise is too difficult for you to do, don't just exempt it, adjust the exercise until it's doable. Don't adjust it so much that it's easy however. If you find it hard to do this workout alone, why not get someone to join you - either someone in your household or someone virtually.
I work my legs and butt twice a week. Try this workout once a week if you're beginning. If your booty and legs can handle it, throw in a second day and see how you go with reps and sets. Just make sure you don't miss any key muscle groups in your legs if you swap any exercises.

Super-set 1 - x 2
Step-ups (using a chair) x 10/leg
One-legged squats (with chair beneath you) x 5-10/leg
2 minute recovery between sets & 3-5 minutes rest between each super-set
Super-set 2 - x 4
Deep Squats/Goblet Squats x 10
Calf-raises (on a step) x 10
2 minutes recovery between sets & 3-5 minutes rest between each super-set
Super-set 3 - x 3
Squat Jumps x 10
Hamstring curls* (bands) x 10/leg
*If you don't have bands, but have dumbbells, try Single-leg Romanian Deadlifts with a dumbbell instead, you gotta make sure you isolate your hamstrings during this routine.
2 minutes recovery between sets & 3-5 minutes rest between each super-set.
Super-set 4 - x 4
Lunges (Weighted/or not) x 14
Glute Bridges x 10
2 minutes recovery between sets & 3-5 minutes rest between each super-set.
Super-set 5 - x 4
Leg Extensions (with bands or a kettlebell) x 10/leg
Hip Abductions (with bands) x 10/leg
Hip Adductions (with bands) x 10/leg
2 minutes recovery between sets.
Make sure you warm up before beginning this routine with some light cardio like skipping and/or a quick jog (5-10 minutes) or else a quick HIIT set. Also, don't forget to stretch before and after your workout. I hope you like this little routine that requires minimum equipment, but still burns.
