You'll need
Soya milk
Coffee
Coffee-presser (the small red glass jug in the picture)
kettle with boiling water
A cup
Microwave
1. Pop the kettle on, while in the meantime you heat half a mug of milk in the microwave for about 70 seconds (Soya milk will curdle if overheated so check after 60 seconds). When it's done, transfer the hot milk to your coffee presser.
2. Froth the heated milk by moving the plunger up and down at a quick pace for 20-30 seconds. Remove the plunger. The milk should have roughly double in size like in picture .

3.Add 1 heaped teaspoon (adjust to your preference of strength) of coffee to your mug, and then fill 1/4 of the mug with hot water from the kettle.
4. Transfer your frothy milk to your mug with your coffee, and Ta-da! Once you don't add sugar, this is a guilt-free delight. Just don't go overboard on the caffweine.
